At Quest Online, our clients can place new orders, modify existing orders and check the status of pending orders though our secure and easy-to-use Quest Online web portal.

Place New Orders
Quest clients can easily place new orders on our website. Once complete, an order confirmation is sent directly to the customer´s email address.

Modify / Append Existing Order Request
Quest Online clients can add-on and reference any prior order request. Changes or corrections can be done with an email link to our order entry department, which will reply with a confirmation and update notice directly to the client´s email.

Locate an Order
At Quest Online, our clients can quickly search their records by order number, QDS file number, claim number or claimant name.

Check Order Status
Quest Online communicates with our internal document processing systems allowing clients to get current status reports. Status report information is available for all components of a client´s order including medical records, billing records, x-ray films, and photographs.
