Convenient and Secure

Quest´s clients have several options for receiving documents — hard paper copy, on CD, or online through our secure client website.

Client documents can be converted into TIFF, JPEGS or other formats, but most prefer PDF format which allows our client´s to combine files created in a variety of formats, including text, spreadsheets, photos, and medical records, into a unified, searchable and secured file. Once downloaded in PDF format, additional benefits include:

• Optical Character Recognition (ORC) — allowing quick keyword searches.
• Copying Text — select, copy, paste text, eliminating the need to manually retype
important passages.
• Make Notations — highlight, cross-out or underline text or add notes and comments to
these electronic documents.
• Creating Bookmarks — Set bookmarks to flag important material.
• Submit Case Documents in Efficient and Organized Manner — all relevant documents
can be combined into a single file.
• Facilitating Courtroom Presentations — PDF files can be easily projected onto screens,
allowing attorneys to zoom in on highlighted text, records, and photographs, eliminating
the need for hard copies.
• Meeting Legal Requirements — PDF files cannot be altered without leaving an
electronic footprint making them admissible in a court of law.

For client´s requesting x-ray duplication, Quest can provide these on traditional film or electronically, either on CD or online. The CD option has viewing capabilities that provide for magnification, windows leveling, and vertical or horizontal rotation.

By using Quest Online, records and photographs can be viewed 24/7 from any computer with an internet connection.
