We recognize our obligation to keep all information gathered in the course of business secure and confidential. Our goal is to protect this information in all forms, whether it is written correspondence, email or documents made available on the Internet. Information obtained will be consistently protected while in the custody of QDS from its origination to destruction regardless of format.
All five QDS full service offices are Registered and bonded Professional Photocopiers as required in the CA Business and Professions Code. We value your trust and limit access and distribution of information to only those associates specified by you or who are legally entitled to the information.
We will continuously evaluate ourselves to ensure the policies and procedures implemented to assure confidentiality are adhered to.
